Morris Animal Foundation, which funds companion-animal health research, announced funding (March 24, 2026) for four new studies addressing serious health threats facing cats:

- Gastrointestinal lymphoma: now one of the most common cancers in cats — using gene-mapping technology to improve diagnosis and open the door to better treatment
